Teatro Lasalyano - Manila is the premiere theatre organization of De La Salle University -  Integrated School Manila, Senior High School. It was established in the year 2015, and up to this day, artists of the youth continue to showcase their talents and skills through innovative storylines. 

The organization offers mentorship and support to members, providing them with chances to collaborate with seasoned theatre professionals and educators. This mentorship aims to exchange knowledge, expertise, and abilities, empowering the youth to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced individuals in the industry.
